At Gifting Concierge LLP, every product is crafted with attention to detail.
Since many of our items are personalised, made-to-order, or customised, our policies are as follows:
1. Cancellation Policy
A. Ready (Non-Custom) Products
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
B. Customised / Personalised / Made-to-Order Products
- No cancellation is allowed once the order is confirmed or production has begun.
- This includes: engraved items, monogrammed pieces, personalised boxes, customised hampers, or any bespoke designs.
2. Return Policy
A. Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
- the product received is damaged in transit, or
- the product delivered is incorrect
In such cases, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with:
- unboxing video (mandatory)
- clear photos
- order details
Without an unboxing video, returns cannot be processed.
B. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- personalised or customised items
- products damaged after delivery due to misuse
- minor texture, colour, or finishing variations in handcrafted items (these are natural and not defects)
3. Refunds
If a return is approved:
- Refund will be issued as store credit or replacement, depending on the situation.
- Refunds to original payment method are only issued in exceptional cases at the Company’s discretion.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for ready non-custom products, subject to availability.
The customer must ship the product back at their own cost.
5. Bulk / Corporate Orders
Cancellations or returns are not permitted for bulk orders, custom corporate gifts, or special projects once production has started.
