1. Order Processing Time

Processing time varies by product category:

A. Ready Products (Retail Section)

Dispatch within 3–7 working days.

B. Customised Gifting / Bespoke Studio Orders

Processing time depends on design complexity.
Average timelines:

• Concept + Design Approval: 3–10 days
  
• Production: 7–30 days
  
• Dispatch: 2–7 days
  

You will receive updates throughout the process.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeline

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Once shipped, delivery time is usually:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 days
  
• Non-Metro Cities: 4–10 days
  
• Remote Locations: May take longer
  

International shipping available upon request and will be charged separately.

3. Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location
  
• COD is not available due to the nature of our products
  
• Shipping for bulk corporate orders may vary and will be shared separately
  

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

5. Address Errors

Orders undelivered due to incorrect address, pin code, or contact details will require reshipping at the customer’s cost.

6. Packaging

All products are shipped in secure, premium packaging.
We take extra care to protect delicate materials such as marble, brass, glass, and handcrafted items.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for:

• logistic delays
  
• strikes, weather disruptions, or natural calamities
  
• customs delays for international orders
  

We will support you in coordinating with courier partners wherever possible.
