3. Product Information & Custom Orders
- All products are handcrafted; slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
- Custom/personalised orders are created based on client-approved designs and cannot be cancelled once production begins.
- Prices and descriptions may be updated without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made in full before dispatch.
- We use secure third-party payment gateways; the Company does not store card or bank details.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines vary by product type (see Shipping Policy below).
Gifting Concierge LLP is not responsible for delays caused by transporters, natural events, or factors beyond our control.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Cancellation & Return Policy.
Customised or personalised items are not eligible for cancellation or return.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- any indirect or consequential losses
- delays beyond our control
- misuse of the product after delivery
- errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong spelling for customisation)
8. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account:
- you are responsible for safeguarding your login details
- all activity under your account is assumed to be yours
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
